CREATES MUSCLE MEMORY
Keep your form in check! With Stride Check, honing in on your form is a no-brainer. We believe that practice makes perfect but understanding your form comes first. Stride Check helps new and young players improve their batting stride with sensors to warn them when they stride too far or too wide.
ADDITIONAL TEACHING TOOL
Stride Check provides an audible beep to let the batter know there is a correction required. There is less verbal instruction from the teacher/coach. Now the batter will hear a beep when there is an unbalanced stride movement.
CREATES CONFIDENCE
Stride Check improves your form by giving you the confidence to get out there and hit the ball out of the park. With the right amount of training, creating solid contact and keeping your form will become second nature.

WHAT’S THE IMPORTANCE OF A PROPER STRIDE?
When moving parts of your body backwards (loading/trigger) to generate movement forward, your stride should be moving forward in a balanced position. You are creating momentum by striding your front foot towards the pitcher’s mound, not too far or too wide. The movement forward is triggering a strong swing. Perfecting your stride will create a stronger, more confident hit. Stride Check is just the start of your successful batting career.

BUT HOW DOES IT WORK?
Get your form in check! This batting simulator is programmed with a transmitter and receiver which generates a sound to notify a batter if they have stepped too far or too wide in the batter’s box. The transmitter and receiver are placed in the front or behind the batter depending on which unbalanced stride should be corrected. When the signal is interrupted, the transmitter will emit a sound to warn the batter that they have stepped out of range.
